What is "injection molding?
DBP develops and manufactures sustainable, innovative injection molded products for food preservation, completely on customer demand and tailored to their needs.
This ranges from single-use, recyclable packaging for salads, margarine, ice cream, deli meats, etc. to reusable storage boxes for on-the-go, at home or for the take-away and catering sector.
For injection molding, we use injection molds that we also design and produce ourselves. This is also one of the core activities for which we are known.
We personalize using the IML technique that we have been perfecting for years and for which DBP is known.

In our production in Wilrijk we have 20 injection molding machines. In addition, with DBP, we belong to the Euronyl Plastics Group and, in case of a capacity shortage, we can also transfer our production there. In this way, we ensure qualitative and fast production of our products at all times.
